Assessee is a partnership firm and they are in business/profession of website development. My question is whether they come under Section 44ADA or not???

I think web development/design can be considered under the category technical consultancy. Hence 44ADA can be considered, if beneficial.
web development/design is not consultancy in any way.
Better not to opt 44ADA
Rather opt 44AD
more beneficial.
