Refer to the definition of salary under PF Act.

no, leave encashment do not form part of salary for the deduction of PF.

yaes leave encashment is not a part of PF

Hi All,

According to Circular Number:Coord/3(4) 2002 Clarification from EPFO dated:05th March 2008 -That states that  there is no PF deduction on Leave Encashment.
