Whether the party is over???

Hiii....

I am in 1st year of articleship, have completed B.Com. in 2010. At college time CA was considered a very good Career option, many of my friends and teachers adviced me to start CA as I was good in studies, but I started after completing B.Com. along with Job in a NBFC appeared in CPT and IPCC without any Coaching and cleared CPT & IPCC Group 1 while remaining in Job, now I left Job for compulsory articleship ignoring the suggestions of Dummy. Now I meet the seniors and other students talking about problems faced by fresher CAs in getting Jobs and criticising CA course, sometimes I am confused "then why those people are pursuing"?? and also get discourged by these things and doubt myself wheter my decision of leaving from Job was right?? whether the party is over??`

Nthng is over nd there is no dearth of jobs PROVIDED u can give the desired quality to employer...

its your learning time...focus on learning basics...learn both-theory+practical...going for regualr articleship is a very good decision...dont go for rumours...You have left the job...so there is no point in thinking the pros and cons of the action which u cant undo...

Besides job there is always the option of doing Practice...Think only one thing...Becoming a CA.

a practical answer to this qns. YES,,it is over,,but only  temporarily,,see,, as the institute has raised the pass percentage slightly this has somewhat affected the quality of CA's,, also there is not much employement available easily in current scenario(hope it'll change)..the fact is that CA's are not unemployed, they are not just getting their worth as they used to a few years ago,( for ex. package for a good CA was almost rs.50,000 which is now 30,000),,though hopefully the situation will change in near future,,hopefully....
