hello every body
I'm little bit confuse about the inclusion of software value in assessible value of computer. because in Acer India case it is not includible while it was decided in HP India case thaty this is includible.
Plese clere my doubt.

It will not includible because without software what’s the computer… software makes computer… so software value will not be includible
software value is to be added if a "packaged software" is sold with the computer, OEM softwares are not goods but services.
