Dear Friends/Experts

Iam a CA-final student. i have applied for jobs in a few companies on the basis of my education and experience most of the time i impressed the recruiters, but i always caught up with a confusing question from them about my stability. they suspect once i become CA i won't work on less paying job that is obvious, i would look for better opportunities.

My question is whether i should disclose the recruiters that iam pursuing CA-final and if i don't disclose them there would be problem in getting leaves during my exams. i don't want to lie but there i always get disapproval from them, i don't know what to do for this.

and please note i need to work as i need to support my family and CA firms are offering near about 10-12 thousand and company are willing to offer above 20000. As i already have mentioned to support my family financially i need a good paying job.

please help.

Thank you All.

You can't have the cake and eat it too.....!!!

Tell the truth and convince your prospective employer that you would serve them honestly based on the outcome from the CA examination. By not informing the employer, you may get into a mental block when the result goes adverse to ask for leave or if it turns positive, you may suddenly leave the employer in dark. So, it is better to do a fine balancing act to take them into confidence and provide them assurance as to how you will support the employer. It has to be give and take and can't be only give give or take take....!!

Thank you Sir for your reply.

Wish you good luck for your future...!! yes
