I have filed service tax return on time but there is some changes to be made in this return but i have filed that original return before 120 days , my query is whether i can file revised return for the same if no then advice me what should i do ...
As you rightly judged, the said service tax return can not be revised due to lapse of 90 days time limit. But you may pay the tax liability and show the same as the arrears in the return for the period in which the payment for such arrears have been made.
