Whether more than 1year's accounts can be passed at one egm?

​One Govt. Company passed Annual Accounts for the years 2007-08 to 2010-11 in 4 respective AGMs and handed over to CAG for statutory audit. Audit objected on technical ground and directed to resubmit after redrafting and further approval in AGM.

Now, question is whether the 4 redrafted accounts can be passed in a single EGM or 4 EGM are to convened.

Please advise with Section or case law, if any.
