Since Many columns were modified in newly notified MGT - 7 .
It is not required to be modified.
Since the last date for AGM is 30th September you would have already dispatched annual reports (including Directors Report in which MGT-9 is one of the Annexures).
MGT-9 is not required to be attached to MGT-7.
