No.you just attach mgt 9 in pdf along with mgt7.
It is not required to be modified.
Since the last date for AGM is 30th September you would have already dispatched annual reports (including Directors Report in which MGT-9 is one of the Annexures).
MGT-9 is not required to be attached to MGT-7.

I agree with Radhika. I was mistaken. It is not mandatory to ttach mgt 9 along with mgt 7. You may attach it as an optional attachment.
