IEC code is meant for export and import, it does not distinguish difference between manufacturer exporter and merchant exporter.

My question is same that weather a manufacturer exporter(having IEC for type2) can do export under merchant exporter(type1)?
Is there no problem at custom clearance or anywhere whatsoever?
