Please kindly inform me whether Mandi tax paid in UP is laible for GSt on RCM.

Mandi tax is liable to GST whether RCM or not depends on liability of GST on basic product or service

our basic products are wood waste for paper mills which is bought directly from farmers or mandi samiti
