I am working in Africa for full financial year from April 2014 to March 2016. And earning salary in USD.
Do I require to file IT return and if yes, which IT return do I file

yes. NRI. however, i do have approx. 15000 interest income from my saving bank account and fd account in India.
Should i file income tax return, if yes. which itr?
Also, whether i am liable to pay taxes apart from which i am paying in Uganda for my salary earnings?

I does have FD interest income but the amount is below INR 10000.00
