Whether i need to take gst registration or not.

Dear Sir/Madam,

         I would like to know  that whether  I am required to take GST registration.  I have estimated the following incomes under the different headings for the F. Y. - 2017-18.

1)      Gross Rent income from commercial property before deducting 30% standard deduction-Rs. 11,50,000/-

2)      Income from  manufacturing partnership firm where I am a partner- Rs. 35,00,000/-

3)      Income from Capital Gain Rs. 10,000/-

4)      Interest income Rs. 3,50,000/-

5)      Agricultural Income  Rs. 2,00,000/-

Total Income Rs. 52,00,000/-

       I have got Rs. 11,50,000/ commercial rent income which is coming under GST  and all our other incomes like Income from partnership firm, interest from bank on fix deposit, Agricultural income etc are  exempt  from GST.

    Now I request you to clarify that in my case income which is covered under GST is less than 20 lakhs. Whether  I   need to take GST registration or not.
