My DIN has been disqualified u/s 164(2) recently. I want to know whether I can become a nomal partner in a llp which I want to create. I know that I am now disqualified to become a designated partner but as far as my knowledge is concerned, a normal partner does not require a dpin to become a partner, so can I become a partner? I am confused as there is no clear cut instructions regarding this. Please help me. Thank you.

yes you can be a partner but do not authorize yourself for signing returns or bank transaction of business
Thank you for your reply, sir. So I can draw remuneration and interest like a normal partner in a partnership firm, but will not have any signing authority in any case. Are you sure that it wont be any problem because one practicing cs told me that I cannot become even a normal partner in any llp. I am confused as there can be interpretation problem in these cases. Please reply if you can, sir. Thank you for your help.
