Kindly clarify,
1.Whether commencement of business certificate is required for public limited company.
2. Whether bank will allow transactions in the current account without commencement of business certificate

In companies act 2013, there is no requirement of commencement of business certificate .
Section 11 dealing with certificagte of commencement of business has been deleted w.e.f. 29.5.2015.
without cerficate curranta/c is not open
So it is required for opening CU.bank a.c
Give them Incorporation certificate .
