1) Orginal Housing Loan sanctioned - Sep 2017. Loan still ongoing. SD Value of house property was 2lakh. Hence 80EE is not applicable due to date of loan sanction
2) Top up of above loan sanctioned - May 2019. Owning only 1 House property.
Suggest if 80EEA is applicable on top up loan?
