There is no such information required in ITR forms for f.y 12-13

very IT is a half baked law so it is not cnsidered as a substantial law, as it undergoes changes under finance bills every year under its rules which are rudderless and so moves haphazardly and confuses assessees like you as alsi the very revenue officers. so a lot of cases are filed but till the ITAT decides there is only individual revenue officers perception . Though ITAT  did good work as far as understanding facts of the matter, yey legally honorable high courts decide on interpretation of very Act so matters go to high courts and sometimes reach honorable supreme court. thanks
