I am in receipt of a demand u/s 115WE(1) for FBT AY 2009-10 from CPC. I heared that rectification for the same can be file online now. Anyone can tell me that where to file rectification for FBT. Is there any online processor for file the rectification for FBT.

You can upload the rectification petition u/s 154 through www.incometaxindia.gov.in. Register with the site. PAN number is the id. Once if you enter the site you, yourself know the procedure for uploading rectification. I am attaching the rectification manual which is in pdf format.
