when will our articleship be reduced to 3 yrs

when my father will change my grandson's diaper ; then.

is the training is in actually be reduced can anybody give me the actual and true fact?

This type of issue is not right. because u have to want to know future CA act. its not possible to know.

So plz dont waste time regarding this. 

I am fed up too..

I sometimes think the reduction will never happen and get back to my normal course of action. But still there is a little ray of hope, which keeps on taunting towards this matter.

Time and Time we have spoken on this.

My simple question is "If they want to reduce then let them take a decision, otherwise they can simply tell us that this is not going to happen"

And whenever you mail them some question on this they will send us a standard reply.

The ICAI has shown you the Toffee and has now Hidden it...!!!!

Whether u like it or not.... u are not going to get the toffee..

Come to reality....my friend... right now, suppose, if the institute comes with the reduction announcement....

there will be many students who will get the benefit.

But from the "Principal" point of  View, the following things will happen...

1.) He will lose a cheap bonded labourer...

2.) There is a scarcity of articled assistants right now in the CA field of business.(due to introduction of IPCC)

so if many of the students get the proposed benefit.....the Principals will suffer....

Let me remind you, according to History, the ICAI exists for the Members and not for the students...

Thus, the sooner You realize the Reality, the Better it is for you, since we articled assistants have dangling carrots in front of us giving us hope. The best way out is to put your head down and complete the articleship... since U cannot be serious of the proposed reduction in articleship.

mine will be over in 3 months....wish i could stop counting days every single day..!!!! :(

I feel banning of transfer ..is just INFRINGEMENT OF BASIC CONTRACT  rules...!!!!

if i m not comfortable ..with a person and also he is not...then who is the third person to stop us...?

plz comment...this is also a query..dat..whether ICAI can debar our basic contractual rights..?

I KNOW A LOT OF TIME FRAME HAS BEEN GIVEN WITH REGARDS TO THE ABOVE MATTER BUT WOULD LIKE TO SAY THE ANNOUNCEMENT IS DUE IN MAY. HAD CALLED UP ICAI HEAD OFFICE, THEY SAID THAT MEETINGS ARE GOING ON AND DECISION IS LIKELY TO BE TAKEN IN MAY.

Note:  He  did not mention that the decision would be positive or negative.
