As your Final Exams depends upon the 2.5 years completion of articleship..

Note: The last date of articleship reg.  to appear in May,2016 Final Exam is 31st Oct,2013.

Getting good articleship is easier if you've cleared both groups...

I agree with Neha jii if you are looking for articles in a good firm and i'll go with Aryan jii if you dont want to waste your 6months..........

and what is industrial training ?

After completing 2 years of Articleship you may join Industrial training & to get the information about the organisations you can log on to ICAI Website or check Notices..

Industrial training can be done only in the last year of articleship,

for a period of 9-12 months, at least 9 months subjected to a max of 12 months...

           You  mean transfer from one firm to another firm kirthi???Obviously you can go for  it friend.But the problem which arises is if your CA doesn't permit you for the transfer you cannot change it so first convince your CA for the transfer then go for a good firm....

It is a known fact that companies 1st preference while recruiting  employees is to recruit those who've undergone training in their own company.and this preference is applicable to all those industries whether its a CA industry or MBA industry or IT industry.

If you've undergone training in a company your chances of getting recruited in that company itself and that too at a good package are very high irrespective of the number of the attempts taken by you to clear CA.As soon as you qualify ,you will not only start getting job offers from that company but would also get from other companies.Thus,your chances of getting bright Career in a company get very high if you've undergone Industrial training.

Thus,for those who want to enter into a job and pursue a career in the industry. Industrial training is highly recommended..
