u should go for ITT as early as possible because if u join the ITT after the dec. ur study will be much affected. so my suggestion is to complete ur ITT AS early as possible
you should try to complete your ITT as well as Orientation Programme as early as possible.

you can complete it before appering for exams, better to finish it early so that you can take care of your clases and study..
