when is my final attempt if my articles started in Dec'06?

No you have to write in nov 2010 itself, if it happnes like that, then you will get notification still then you have to wait...all the best

only a study group has been set up to look into the matter....ICAI is busy with council elections now.....it will take time for the final decision to come....start studying for MAY attempt....if the decision does not come u wont be at loss....U will have finished studying substantially...dont spread n let spread rumours & speculations....taking A DECISION IS NOT IN R HANDS but studying is....
