When is an ITR considered as invalid return ?

Main difference is if any information is missing or requires rectification, its termed as defective and a chance is given to assessee for any such addition/revision.

But in some cases its termed as invalid, like verification itself defective, or self assessment tax not paid before filling return, or even legal heir sighning return on behalf of deceased without its registration etc. (in short, irrepairable cases, in view of AO)

I AM VERY IMPRESS WITH YOUR CONSULTANTY .

SO IF YOU DO NOT MIND , I WANT TO ASK TO  A QUARRY  FOR MY JOB AND SALARY SCALE.

1. MY EDUCATION IS ONLY B.COM.

2. MY WORK EXPERIENCE IS 5 YEARS 

3. I DO VERY HARD WORK WITH MY JOB RESPOSIBALITY .

4. I HAVE GOOD  EXPERIENCE FOR WORK OF SERVIE TAX , VAT, INCOME TAX , EPF, ESIC, TDS,

5. I HAVE ATTEND 4-5 INTERVIEW FOR NEW JOB AND  EVERY TIME QUILIFY .

6. BUT I MISS THESE JOB DUE TO LOW SALARY SCALE  (APPROX. 25K TO 30K)

7. THE MAIN REASON OF THIS IS MY EDUCATION (B.COM)

8. I WANT TO INCREASE MY SALARY SCALE

SO KINLDY PLEASE TELL ME HOW CAN I DO THIS

Dear Tanush,

Frenkly speaking, don't deny any opportunity (specifically in this period); because you cannot fly, but at the most jump!!!

There is something also called fate, but applies to the person who helps himself.

Compare with other/s equivalant to your cadre, you will fill lucky to get those opportunity!!

Finally, nothing is more lucrative than self owned profession. Why don't you add any professional degree/certificate by some distance course? That will surely reduce  your hurdle.

BUT I AM WORKING IN PRIVATE SECTOR , AND I THINKSTHAT  THERE IS NO  MORE VALUE   OF DISTANCE COURSE/DEGREE  IN PRIVATE SECTOR .

THE MOST IMPORTANT THAT ,YOU SHOULD HAVE HEIGH KNOWLEDGE  AND ALSO  SOLUTION OF  ALMOST ALL PROBLEMS.

One more reason for ITR treated as  INVALID is when ITR is either not e-verified or ITR V not received by CPC within 120 days.
