When is 26AS updated?
When will be 26AS updated i.e, either at the time of filing quarterly return; or at the time of monthly deposits by deductor?

After quarterly return has been filed
Deductee details are in the return and not in the challan when deductor pays TDS.
So 26AS gets updated after return is uploaded
So 26AS gets updated after return is uploaded
26AS gets updated only after filing the quarterly TDS returns.
