It's already live for ITR-1 and ITR-4.

Updated returns for any individual assesse are available.
For past years ?
Modified return is different from updated return. and updated return form should be available for the last two assessement years. till now there is no option available in the income tax portal.

I Knew that ITR-U is not enabled in the income tax portal. but i want to know when it can be live in the portal??
Mostly it will be live in June if it is enacted through FA-2021 or earlier
Updated Return enabled for AY 20-21 & 21-22. Check news section on Income Tax portal.
