When Annual Return of TDS is required ?

Only quarterly return needed. NO need of annual return currently.

I agree with rupa...........TDS Return on Salary required only quarterly return only but in last quarter (Jan-march) TDS report requires additional information about total salary paid during the year by employee wise TDS deducted thereon........other sections not required this annal total payment details.......

Due to additional information of above in salary TDS return, we can not call us Annual return.

No need to file Annual TDS return.

No TDS return is required to File separately, Last quarter return is considered as TDS return.

In last quarter return only, salary for whole year is given. No need to file any annual TDS return separately for any payment.
