when & how make e way bill ?
when i purchase some goods being a registered person from other state and goods receives to me in two step . firstly by ship then by road to my premises . in this matter when i issue e way bill ?

OR THE COUNTER PARTY (SUPPLIER)??
Registered person means Supplier who will generate eway bill.
YES IF SUPPLIER IS REGISTERED SO HE WILL GENERATE

after reach ship in dock then need to transport by road . Have i again generate e way bill or not

Yes You Generate Another E-Way Bill
Still it is best option in my opition
