Whats the risk or gain if co delists?

What happens to individual holding shares in good profit making co if he doesn't offer shares in buyback and the co gets delisted ?

Will he continue to get regular information about it and the financial reports because SEBI won't have any say in the matter?

What are the chances cos financial statements are turned in to losses and he wants to exists but no exit route for him?
