14.5% including swachh bharat cess...right?

No.Applicable rates is 14%. For May 2016 term cut off dates for amendments is 31st Oct 2015. While SBC came in effect from 15th Nov 2015.

For you additional knowledge, for November term every year cut off dates for relevant amendment is 30th April.

no. 14% only. swachh cess notified on 15th nov, 2016 so not applicable
