Whats going on mca since so long time

yes,.even we are in the middle of our work relating to fast track exit mode

and i heard that sitemaintanance was changed to infosys from tcs...i dont know how much truth in this

Sub: Important announcement from M/o COrporate Affairs (MCA) - Reg.

Ministry of Corporate Affairs acknowledges that services on MCA 21 are not of the fullest satisfaction of the stakeholders for last few days. The Ministry is seized of the matter and taking all necessary steps for smooth functioning of MCA21. Further that Ministry will consider appropriate & due waiver of the additional fee or any other issue being faced by stakeholders due to non-filing of information because of problems in MCA21 system in last few days.

yes it's true that due to change in site maintenance vendor from TCS to Infosys there has been some problems...source Economic times (Jan 30 2013)

Shri D. Bandopadhyay, Registrar of Companies, West Bengal has in his formal communication to the professional bodies, made today, has mentioned:

"Presently problems are being observed on MCA21 system front office and back office navigation since last few days. Ministry of Corporate Affairs is seized of the matter and taking all necessary steps for smooth functioning of MCA21. Further, Ministry will consider appropriate and due waiver of the additional fee or any other issue being faced by stakeholders due to non-filing of information because of problems in MCA21 system in last few days."

HOW TO SOLVE MCA RELATED PROBLEMS FASTER

STEP1: RAISE A TICKET OF COMPLAIN( if ticket is not being raised showing a message that SRN is under process and raise complain after 24 hours , than give SRN  in descripttion part and raise complain)

STEP2: EMAIL A LETTER CONTAINING TICKET NO AND PROBLEM TO appl.helpdesk @ mca.gov.in

STEP3: CALL HELP DESK 0124432500 AND ASK TO TRANSFER TO SENIOR OFFICER

STEP4: SENIOR OFFICER CAN HIGHLIGHT MATTER TO RESOLVE THE TICKET WITHIN 2 HOURS
