What would happen to any tds credits put into 26as after filing of income tax return for that year

Suppose, Mr X a salaried person had filed his return on 16-5-2017 for AY 2017-18. However, the company in which he works for filed TDS return for quarter 4 only on 31-5-17. Please do comment on the status of the additional TDS credit coming into 26AS.
