What will be my Cost of Aquisition for LTCG tax

I won a plot of land by lottery conducted by Govt of West Bengal by paying  a total 2,57,666 /-  on  29.11.2000.

I got the letter of Offer of allotment on 30th March 2001

The plot was registered on  18.10.2012.

At the time of registration, the govt certificate of market value (as per WB PUVI rules of 2001) has been assessed at Rs. 73,97,498 /- Remission on the difference of Market Value and set forth value is applicable. SD and Fee calculated on 2,57,666 /- and stamp duty was calculated as 12,903/-

I sold this plot of land at Rs 115,00,000 /- on 02.12.2022. 

What will be my cost of Acquisition for LTCG tax ? After indexation, what will be my tax liability ?
