I have started a interior company but am not sure what type of tax should pay (Service tax or Tin number) My job is to do interior work with material and labour work please assist me.

both taxes will applicable service tax will be applicable on interior work and vat will be on material.

SERVICE TAX WILL ONLY BE APPLICABLE IF YOUR GROSS RECIEPTS ARE MORE THEN 10 LACS
AND
IF YOU CHARGE VAT FOR MATERIAL AND LABOUR TIN NO. IS ALSO REQUIRED
