I had cleared CPT in June 2011 scoring 136. And I registered for IPCC May 2012 exam. All my friends have told that they have received makrsheet of CPT results but I did not receive. When I call the institute number, they pick up after 10 calls and ask me to call another number which is always engaged. What should I do? Can I appear for IPCC in may 2012 if I don't have CPT marksheet?

You can send your marksheet as appearing in CA results website and get attested. I hope that is sufficient for ipcc registration. Regarding your non-receipt of marksheet, raise your complaint in below link of e-sahaayata, from whom you gets status of your marksheet in 2 days. Include all the necessary details of cpt registration, your name, your exam roll no. branch etc, therein.

Thank you. I have already registered for IPCC after the results of June 2011 came.
I have one more query. In this website https://caresults.nic.in/ currently they are displaying only the results of CPT dec 11 and FInal Nov 11. I cleared CPT in June 11. How to view past results?
Viewing past results is not possible now. Try to contact your nearest branch. They might have provision to see the result.

I filed a complaint in the site that you gave, and the site said that it would send a confirmation e mail to my email id and then follow the instructions from there. But I didn't receive any email from them. What do I do? Do I wait or file another complaint? And how much long does it take usually to get the confirmation email?
