I am in dire need to good advise & help. In August 2010, three of us, opened / registered a Pvt Ltd company. The CA who was doing this for us has unexpectedly expired at a very young age. As far as i recollect, we had done the company incorporation, signed the memorandum of association. beyond this we have not done anything else, like apply for PAN, open bank account, etc. We now do not want to proceed with the company as our individual activities and profession has changed.
I want to know, what should we do now.
