What's the difference?
Whats the diff between
sec 35D - Amortisation of Preliminary exp
and
Sec 35(1)(i) - Revenue expenditure...
In both these secs prelim exp are deductible....
Then why do we need two section??

35ad covers capital expenses other than land and goodwill, where as 35(1)(i) deals with any expenses not being a capital nature...
