Quick Summary
When applying for GST, the consent letter typically needs to be on normal A4 size paper. While deeds might require stamp paper, the consent letter itself does not. For added security and to avoid rejection, it's often recommended to have the A4 consent letter notarised.

Consent letter should be on Normal A4 size paper
deed should be on stamp paper
Consent in A4 Size Alone with Notary is Safer side. there is no chance of Rejection.
Letter as prescribed under Cgst Rules should be written
