As per earlier provision Sec 10B income is excluded from MAT
However as per New provision MAT is applicable even for the company which is availing benefit of Sec 10B.
As fas as your second question is concern MAT is Applicble on COmpany and not on Partnership firm Hence MAT is not applicable if the 100% EOU is a partnership firm
