What is the procedure to take transfer from one employer to another for an articled assiastant. Is is true that the new rule of transfer implimented. Somebody please suggest me!!!!!!!!!

u have to apply to the institute through prescribed forms....

just fillup the form 103 and get the sign from your employer

just fillup the form 103 and get the sign from your employer and   fill up form 109 give to new employer get sign  and both copies sent to institute

just fill 103 and 109 form

just fill form no 109 which is for termination of articleship under previous employer & then carry on the procedure same as you did for registering for articleship i.e., fill in form 102 & 103 signed by the new employer & submit all the forms with the institute.


 

First get form 109 from institute and fill in triplicate thereadter sign by both u & employer .

second,one copy retain self & two copy give to employer.it is the duty of employer that one copy,out of two copy must be deposited in institute to register them that training contract have been terminated then  institute issue two letter one to you & one to employer for notice .

now  one copy that is retain by you will be deposited in institute with form 102 & 103 for registration for reregistration under new employer.

such retain copy of 109 will be evidence that your form 102 &103 for registration is for reregistration of articleship taining
