We got Works Contract from Municipal Corporation in MP State. We have to obtain LABOUR LICENSE before starting the Works.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE to obtain LABOUR LICENSE?

You will have to obtain Form 5 from the Principal Employer (i.e. Muncipal corporation in your case) on the basis of which the LICENSE can be sought ftom the State's Labour Department.
