Go to portal file gst rfd 01 with your reason for refund..within 15 days you will get arn and acknowledge ment by dept then refund amount will be debited from your cr ledger /cash ledger and credited in bank acc.you must understand for claiming refund yoy must get Arn and acknowledgment from dept.
