Dear Experts,

One of my client is GTA. now he wants to switch FCM from RCM and pay tax @ 12%. 

What is the procedure for opting FCM from RCM. Whether any from to filed with the authorities. If yes which form and how to file

I think while filing gstr 1 in b2b you don't have to SELECT Rcm tab..

please confirm from others

No.. no compliance is required in this regard.

You can excercise the option of Charging Gst 5% without ITC on start of FY
