whether I we purchase from restaurant they will charge 5%
i checked gst updates it is 18% this is perfect answer
That might be a composite dealer. so you can't avail the itc if you purchase from that restaurant.
yes I agree with above answer. The restaurant is in composition register dealer the rate of tax is 5%
rate of tax on ice cream is 18% if sold by restaurant registered under composition dealer then 5% and restaurant will not be able to avail GST on purchases of ice cream.
