What is the Fair Value of the Taj Mahal or the Statue of Liberty?

1st of all its very difficult to value special things.............or rather if emotions are attached.
but if u apply PV technique then u can get fair value.
as per my knowledge daily 2000 to 2500 people visit Taj Mahal.
and this generates around 60 crore a year. assuming perpetuity.
Apply this.............I cant bcoz i m not expert.
dont have idea regarding liberty
