What is the fair value of Taj Mahal?

1st of all its very difficult to value special things.............or rather if emotions are attached.

but if u apply PV technique then u can get fair value.

as per my knowledge daily 2000 to 2500 people visit Taj Mahal.

and this generates around 60 crore a year. assuming perpetuity.

Apply this.............I cant bcoz i m not expert.
