In the case of AGM it is compulsory every year and in the case of GM only if there is a necessity.

AGM IS HELD BY EVERY COMPANY ( PVT. OR PUBLIC) ONCE IN ITS CALENDER YEAR & 4 THE PURPOSE OF FINALISATION OF " ADDA" ( ANNUAL A/C, DDIRECTORS APPNT., DIVIDENHD DEC., AUDITORS APPNT.).

WHETHER GM IS HELD ONLY IN CASE APART FROM ABOVE MNTND PARAMETRE/ CONDN, LIKE ENDANGER OF ITS GOING CONCERN, INTERNATIONAL RECESSION, MARKET COMPETATING RESOURCES & OTHER NECESSARY MATTERS WHICH R DRCTLY OR INDRCTLY RLTD 4RM D CO.. HERE 1 TIME MEETING HELD CRITERIA IS NT APPLIED & CO. CAN ASK SUCH GM AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BY D APPROPRIATE CONCERN.
