What is the difference between a 'Tax Invoice' & a 'Bill' ??

Tax invoices are issued for sales within the state by a dealer registered under VAT.
Bill of sale is issued by dealer for sales made outside the side registered under VAT and also bill of sale is issued by a dealer is who has opted for payment of tax under composition scheme.
Bioll is just an invoice, Invoice is a broader term than of tax invoice.
In practise the invoice in which tax has been lviedecis known as tax invoice, and a invoice without levying any tax etc is simply invoice.

i am not talking about the exchange difference arising out of foreign liability. I am talking about exchange difference arising due to change in value of dollar between record date and payment date.
