What is the cheapest way to close the company? And can anyone help me with it?

Hi, 

I registered a pvt Ltd in 2015 but due to various reasons we never conducted any business. In Feb 2018 i purchased some hardware for some work but that too never came to fruitation. 

Now i have this hardware as asset but want to close the business. How can I go about it?

I have already put in more money into it (which Company owes me) and right now i just want to shut it down. I see quotes online stating 18-20k for closure.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
