Suppose I am a business man and my brother passed CA Final recently. I want to make my balance sheet and audit report from my brother and he signed on that balance sheet and audit report. Is this balance sheet and audit report is valid in Income tax? Is he can make a balance sheet of mine? Is there any relationship criteria for filling income tax return at the CA end?
Auditor cannot sign for close relations. this includes father mother brother sister & childern & their Company, Partnership firms or any other body corporate inwhich the relative of the auditor is a member/partner or director
Tushar is that means if my cousin had passed CA then he/she can signed my balance sheet documents?
Suppose my uncle son/daughter had passed CA then he/she can signed my documents?
