HERE IS MY QUESTION , THE COMPANY IS INCORPORATED IN DECEMBER,2005 IT HAS FOUR DIRECTORS, ONE OF THEM DEID LAST YEAR AND ANOTHER DIRECTOR RESIGNED AT THAT TIME (BOTH DIRECTORS DOES NOT HAVE A DIN NUMBERS) BUT THE COMPANY DID NOT INFORMED TO THE ROC AND ALSO TILL NOW THE COMPANY HAS NOT FILED ANY DOCUMENTS TO THE ROC(FORM23AC,FORM23ACA,FORM20BETC FROM DATE OF THE INCOPORATION ) WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO FILE ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO THE ROC? PLEASE GIVE YOUR VALUABLE SUGGETIONS ( I AM EXPECTING REPLY FROM ANKUR GARG)?

Dear Friend
in my views talked with previous directors and apply DIN and file DIN -3 for appointment and Form 32 for resignation
and also file Form 23 AC, 23 ACA & 20B. It will charge late fee.
File it before August 31 and take benefit of exemption in fee of 75%.
or File forms with consent of Present Directors.
