It must b 25% as per my knowledge
It is 30% wef 01.04.2015
in case of gta abatemnt of 75% is available .
Abatement 70% and taxable portion 30% from 1.4.15
Abatement is 70% for transport of goods by any mode.
Well folks need to clarify as notification required for 30% as it has been proposed only till then its 25%
IT IS 30% SERIVCE TAX AND 70% ABATMENT ON VALUE OF BILL W.E. F DATE 1.4.2015.
BUT SERVICE TAX RATE IS 12 .36 % . THERE IS NO ANY CURCULAR OR NOTICE FOR AMANDMENT OF SERVICE RATE 12.36 % TO 14% AND SWATCH BHARAT CESS 2%
