I dont have much idea about car but I hv read somewhere the following.I might be wrong:

Jaguar Land Rover has two design centres and three assembly plants in the UK. Under Tata ownership, Jaguar Land Rover has launched new vehicles including the Range Rover Evoque, Jaguar F-Type and the fourth-generation Range Rover.

Hi Priyanka. The aforementioned is true. Tata has absorbed the assets and liabilities of Jaguar Land rover but by retaining the original identity of Jaguar. It's not really called Tata Jaguar but if you meant technically thats ok :) And yeah, Jagaurs are indeed a beautiful creation.
