Hi Priyanka. The aforementioned is true. Tata has absorbed the assets and liabilities of Jaguar Land rover but by retaining the original identity of Jaguar. It's not really called Tata Jaguar but if you meant technically thats ok :)
And yeah, Jagaurs are indeed a beautiful creation.
